Your Impact:

As a Weekend IT Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining our clients' operational efficiency. Your expertise will ensure that employees can work seamlessly without interruption, even when the office is quiet.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Manage and respond to IT support tickets and inquiries via Zendesk and ServiceNow.
  • Perform remote desktop support and on-site assistance for end-users as needed.
  • Monitor system health and perform routine maintenance checks during weekend shifts.
  • Assist with the deployment and configuration of new devices and software applications.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all support activities and incidents.

Qualifications
