- Manage user access controls and account provisioning

Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with Windows/Linux environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8am-6pm)
