Responsibilities
- Provide remote/on-site IT support during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Deploy and configure cloud solutions (Azure, AWS)
- Document technical procedures and maintain service logs
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handovers
- Conduct system backups and security audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with weekend shift exposure
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications
- Expertise in Active Directory, VPN, and remote desktop protocols
