Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers and cloud infrastructure
- Document all IT incidents, resolutions, and system changes in ServiceNow
- Execute scheduled maintenance tasks during weekend maintenance windows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical outages
- Conduct user training on new technologies and security protocols
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with Windows/Linux environments
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, VPNs, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Experience with Service Desk ticketing systems and ITIL processes
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in server rack environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
