Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve critical IT issues during weekend operational hours

- Document all troubleshooting activities and maintain detailed service logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated technical problems

Qualifications

- Weekend availability (Sat-Sun, 8 AM - 6 PM)
