Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for Windows/macOS systems during weekend shifts
- Execute scheduled server maintenance and network infrastructure updates
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud service configurations
- Document IT incidents and resolutions in ServiceNow ticketing system
- Collaborate with on-call engineers for critical system escalations
- Conduct weekend hardware deployments and software patching
- Maintain security protocols for weekend access points
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and virtualization
- Weekend shift availability (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM or 12PM-12AM)
- Proficiency with remote monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Datadog)
