Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Implement and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Manage cloud services (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Document incident reports, system changes, and maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during weekend system deployments
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
- Train end-users on new technologies and security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with weekend shift availability
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, VPN configurations, and endpoint security
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and remote support tools
- Austin-based candidates with local knowledge preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work autonomously
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional on-site visits
