Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and system changes in ITSM platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement weekend-specific IT projects
- Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with organizational policies
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in a contract or consulting role
- Expert knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and network fundamentals
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent industry credentials
- Strong troubleshooting skills with experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) and flexible scheduling
- Valid California driver's license for occasional on-site visits
