Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software issues
- Manage and resolve help desk tickets within SLA targets
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS systems and peripherals
- Monitor network security and implement preventive measures
- Document technical procedures and update knowledge base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during critical incidents
- Perform system backups and disaster recovery testing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and macOS administration
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and infrastructure
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira preferred)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
