Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software issues
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including servers and cloud systems
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS environments
- Document all IT incidents and resolutions in ServiceNow ticketing system
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless cross-shift handovers
- Conduct system backups and security patch deployments
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with weekend shift exposure
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in Active Directory, VPN configurations, and cloud platforms
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows/macOS environments
- Excellent communication abilities for technical/non-technical stakeholders
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
