Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with weekend/shift work
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications

- Strong troubleshooting skills for network and security issues
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid Tennessee driver's license for occasional on-site visits
