Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems during weekend shifts
- Resolve complex IT incidents via phone, email, and remote access within SLA targets
- Deploy and configure new systems, including servers, workstations, and cloud infrastructure
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handover of ongoing projects
- Conduct preventative maintenance and security patching during low-traffic periods
- Support clients in finance, healthcare, and tech sectors with specialized compliance requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with Windows/Linux environments
- CCNA or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD, and VPN solutions
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity issues (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms for ticket management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-hours
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred
- Valid California driver's license for occasional on-site visits
