Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems
- Manage cloud services (Azure, AWS) and cybersecurity protocols
- Document incident resolutions and maintain service logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during critical incidents
- Conduct system audits and performance optimization
- Train end-users on IT best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or systems administration
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications
- Proficiency in Active Directory, VPN, and endpoint management
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Available Saturdays & Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM PST)
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional on-site visits)
