Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux systems and peripherals
- Monitor and maintain security protocols, including updates and patch management
- Document incidents, resolutions, and system changes in ITSM tools
- Collaborate with weekday IT teams for seamless cross-shift handovers
- Manage user access controls and account provisioning
- Conduct periodic system audits and performance optimizations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT support experience with weekend shift exposure preferred
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of cloud services (Azure/O365) and networking fundamentals
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional on-site visits
