Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software issues during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8am-8pm)
- Manage ticket queues, troubleshoot network connectivity, and resolve system outages with SLA compliance
- Deploy and configure new equipment including servers, workstations, and mobile devices
- Document incident reports, system changes, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with weekday support teams for seamless handover and continuity
- Conduct periodic system maintenance and security patch implementation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with weekend shift exposure
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (Azure/O365)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
- Excellent communication skills with ability to document technical processes clearly
- Valid Ohio driver's license for occasional on-site client visits
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in high-pressure scenarios
