Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals
- Document technical issues and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Conduct system backups and security patch implementations
- Train users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot escalations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, VPNs, and cloud services
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-5PM)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment installations
