Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software issues during weekend shifts
- Manage and troubleshoot network connectivity, security protocols, and cloud-based systems
- Document incidents, resolutions, and system changes using ITSM tools
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless cross-shift handovers
- Conduct preventative maintenance on servers and workstations
- Train end-users on cybersecurity best practices and new technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with weekend shift exposure
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server 2019+, Active Directory, and Azure
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both Mac and Windows environments
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Must be available for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8AM-6PM)
