Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure issues
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols for weekend operations
- Deploy and configure new systems, including servers and cloud services
- Document technical processes, incidents, and resolutions using ITSM tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated technical problems
- Conduct system audits and performance optimizations during off-peak hours
- Train end-users on best practices for secure IT usage
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with emphasis on weekend/holiday coverage
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Experience with ITIL processes and ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional on-site equipment transport
