Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist with the loading, unloading, and staging of materials and products with precision and care.
- Inventory Management: Participate in regular cycle counts and stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and ensure proper labeling.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production goals.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as trained.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability in a professional setting.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Legal Status: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
