Responsibilities
- Execute VIP guest experiences at luxury hotels and event spaces
- Manage guest check-ins and credential verification
- Coordinate with venue security and management teams
- Distribute promotional materials and brand collateral
- Maintain professional appearance and brand ambassador standards
- Report operational issues to on-site supervisors
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event activations
Qualifications
- Must be available for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8AM-12PM)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 4+ hours continuously
- Professional demeanor and polished communication skills
- Valid Florida driver's license (for venue transport)
- Must pass basic background check
- Fluent English proficiency; Spanish a plus
- Own reliable transportation
