Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest registration and attendee management
- Provide exceptional customer service at VIP entrances and information booths
- Monitor venue security protocols and crowd flow during events

- Set up and break down event infrastructure according to specifications
- Respond promptly to attendee inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Must be available for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 8am-6pm)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills with professional demeanor
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Texas driver's license required for venue transportation
- Flexibility to work in outdoor weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of event management software a plus
