Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and guest assistance at assigned event stations
- Manage crowd control and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Process ticket scanning, credential verification, and guest check-in procedures
- Assist with vendor coordination and supply distribution as needed
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Set up and break down event equipment according to venue specifications
- Complete shift documentation and incident reports accurately
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation to venues
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of crowd management principles
- Must pass background check and drug screening
