Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and registration processes
- Distribute event materials and promotional items
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees

Qualifications
- Available Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-12pm or 6pm-12am)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to downtown venues
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Basic knowledge of Chicago landmarks (a plus)
- Must pass background screening
