Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes
- Provide exceptional customer service and venue navigation assistance
- Monitor event spaces for safety and cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with vendors and support staff for seamless operations
- Distribute promotional materials and event information
- Assist with setup and breakdown of event equipment
- Handle basic troubleshooting for AV and technical elements
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
