Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket verification at weekend events
- Ensure venue safety and crowd control protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and event coordinators
- Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces
- Provide exceptional customer service to diverse attendees
- Handle cash transactions and sales operations
- Document event activities and submit reports
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-10pm shifts)
- Previous customer service or event support experience preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid Louisiana ID or driver's license required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Basic cash handling proficiency
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
