Responsibilities
- Execute routine system maintenance, updates, and patching on weekends to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for internal staff and end-users.
- Monitor system performance logs and alert the operations team to any anomalies.
- Document all technical procedures, incident reports, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless handover of critical issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety and compliance protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related technical field.
- Must be available to work exclusively on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
