Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional care teams for seamless handovers

- Monitor patient vitals and report critical changes immediately
- Support family education and discharge planning processes
Qualifications
- Active TN RN or LPN license required
- 2+ years acute care or specialty experience
- BLS/CPR certification with ACLS preferred
- Weekend availability mandatory (no exceptions)
- EMR proficiency (Epic/Meditech preferred)
