Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure during weekend shifts
- Diagnose and resolve critical system outages with SLA adherence
- Document all incidents, solutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend-specific IT projects
- Conduct proactive system maintenance and security patching
- Train weekend staff on IT protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive IT support experience with weekend shift exposure
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Expert proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional on-site support
