- Manage Windows 10/11 and macOS environments across diverse client sites

- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless weekend handovers
- Deploy and maintain cloud solutions (Azure, AWS)
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or systems administration
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification required
- Experience with Active Directory and group policy management
