Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise hardware/software systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex network, security, and cloud infrastructure issues
- Document all troubleshooting steps using ITSM tools like ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during weekend system deployments
- Conduct endpoint device management and security audits
- Deliver user training on new technologies and systems
- Monitor system health and performance during weekend operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure/AWS
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with ITIL processes and incident management
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
- Valid New York State driver's license for occasional site visits
