Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor scheduled maintenance tasks on servers and networks.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues that arise during weekend operations.
- Ensure data integrity and security protocols are strictly followed.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team for shift handovers and reporting.
- Update system documentation and incident reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure or system administration.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Excellent communication skills and remote troubleshooting abilities.
- Must be available to work every weekend.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, CCNA) are a plus.
