Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to and from shipping and receiving areas.
- Verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments and resolve any discrepancies.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
- Package and label items for shipment accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory and packaging.
- Willingness to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license (if driving company vehicle).
