Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage products for distribution using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately count and record stock, ensuring inventory levels match warehouse records.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare and inspect outgoing packages, ensuring all shipping labels and documentation are correct.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all 5S protocols.
- Quality Control: Perform basic quality checks on incoming and outgoing materials to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure efficient workflow and shift coverage.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for immediate start and flexible shifts (including weekends if needed).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and maneuver in tight spaces.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Documents: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Attendance: Strong work ethic with a focus on punctuality and safety compliance.
