Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and stock inventory with precision using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-certified training
- Pick and pack orders according to client specifications and quality standards
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts in WMS systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols including PPE requirements and lockout/tagout procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation

- Flexible availability including weekend shifts (1-2 days per week)
