Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise accurately and efficiently to ensure timely processing.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory control, stock organization, and cycle counting.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to minimize workplace hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and order picking.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
