Responsibilities
- Pack, Label, and Ship: Efficiently package products, apply labels, and prepare shipments for delivery using standard logistics procedures.
- Inventory Control: Assist in the receiving process by counting, verifying, and inspecting incoming stock to ensure accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials within the warehouse.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect goods for damage or defects and ensure they meet company standards before distribution.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage orders according to specific customer requirements and shipping schedules.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Reliability: A strong history of punctuality and consistent attendance is essential.
- Communication Skills: Basic ability to read and understand instructions, as well as communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime when needed.
