Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify accuracy against packing slips.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse floor at all times.
- Sort, pack, and label products accurately to ensure timely distribution.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory management software effectively.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and equipment upkeep.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Baltimore facility.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (will consider experience).
