Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Perform quality control checks and document discrepancies using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as required
- Support outbound shipping processes including packing and labeling
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory tracking systems
- Valid Washington state driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to South Seattle facility
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
