Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized warehouse inventory systems
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Assist in cycle counting and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn new systems
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to Mesa industrial parks
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Availability for morning/afternoon shifts (4-10 hour assignments)
