Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled warehouse environments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
- Support warehouse cleanliness and equipment maintenance routines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math skills and ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to Southwest Houston location
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per day with breaks
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to pass mandatory background check and drug screen
- Availability for day/evening shifts (4am-10pm) including weekends
