Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure inventory accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to minimize hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and operational goals.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus, but training is provided for motivated candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Milwaukee facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
