Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipment
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Load/unload trucks and stage deliveries efficiently
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Baltimore facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Flexible availability to work varying shifts (morning, afternoon, weekend)
