Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Perform pick, pack, and ship operations for incoming and outgoing orders.
- Inspect products for quality defects and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks using manual or powered material handling equipment.
- Accurately count and verify inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory and quality checks.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Detroit facility.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as business needs arise.
- Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly between tasks.
