Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks efficiently and safely.
- Package and prepare shipments for distribution, ensuring accuracy and adherence to labeling standards.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing inventory to prevent errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock organization.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required for all roles.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime, as business needs require.
