Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and freight using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Packaging: Package, label, and prepare products for shipment with high attention to detail.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and identifying stock discrepancies.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic warehouse equipment (hand trucks, scanners) under supervision.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all items meet quality standards before shipping.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to showing up for shifts.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and eagerness to be trained on warehouse processes.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for scanning and counting.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Availability: Must be available for rotating shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
