Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as directed
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - certified training provided)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and warehouse areas
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist with receiving and processing incoming shipments
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Reliable transportation to our North Raleigh facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- No prior warehouse experience required (training provided)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Flexible availability to work Monday-Friday shifts (6am-4pm or 2pm-10pm)
