Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming/outgoing shipments using barcode scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized storage areas with proper labeling and safety protocols
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift/pallet jack) after certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct quality checks and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety guidelines
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 6+ months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
