Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming/outgoing shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized warehouse layout with proper pallet stacking and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct quality control checks on products before shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean workspaces
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain during paid training)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Pass background check and drug screening
