Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, sorting, and organizing incoming stock and merchandise.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after training), and hand trucks.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Documentation: Help with basic paperwork and scanning of inventory tags as required.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
