Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform inventory audits and stock organization to maintain optimal warehouse levels.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve workflow bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Availability for shift work (day, swing, or night shifts) as needed.
